If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Our products can be returned within 3 days of the original delivery of the product. A new product may be exchanged for another product or returned for a refund.

To be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

• The product was received in the last 3 days
• The product is in its original packaging and untampered – You have the receipt or proof of purchase. Products that do not meet these criteria will not be considered for return.

Delivery

• Delivery is available throughout the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland
• Deliveries are made Monday to Friday.
• Service calls: Emergency service calls available during weekends.
• Orders are usually dispatched within 24 hours of receipt of order.
• Please allow 3-5 working days for delivery of your order.
